Letter of Introduction

Letter of Introduction: 

1) I am an English major right now but will switch to biology soon

2) I like writing a lot and often find peace in it.

3) I don’t consider science writing difficult, I think of it as any other writing and go with the flow.

4) I don’t think you need to be of a higher level of education to decipher certain readings because you can usually understand what reading is about just based on a few words. 

5) I have helped a family member decipher a science-related issue which was about technology I showed them how to use a source and they learned by watching me do it. 

6) if I were to try and communicate a big scientific-related issue with a community I would try telling people about the issue so the word spreads and posts on social media.

7) Someone who is an “articulate” speaker doesn’t necessarily mean they are smarter than someone else. being an articulate speaker could many many things such as knowing how to express themselves well through words. 

8) I think I have a flaw in my speech rather than my writing, I can write decent but when it comes to speech I may stutter and have a difficult time reading aloud

9) science writing can be very accessible to the general public because everyone can access it on the internet and such
